Firearms and Ammunition Returns:

We understand that purchasing firearms and ammunition online can be challenging. If you are not satisfied with your firearm or ammunition purchase, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Please note, the following conditions apply:

Firearms and ammunition must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Firearms and ammunition must not have been fired, loaded, or modified in any way.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned firearms and ammunition.

Outdoor Equipment Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your outdoor equipment purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Please note, the following conditions apply:

Outdoor equipment must be returned in its original, unused condition.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned outdoor equipment.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If your item(s) meet our criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your item(s) do not meet our return policy criteria, we may reject your return and send the item(s) back to you at your expense.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
